Increased hygiene controls!

Our top priority is the wellbeing, health and safety of our guests and team members.

In consultation with the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism has developed guidelines that must be adopted by all tourist facilities.

These measures include:

Disinfectants at all entrances, disinfection for luggage at check-in, social distancing in public areas.

Trained and supervised staff:

Daily monitoring of the temperature by our employees. Increased focus on hand hygiene - employees wash their hands at least once an hour and disinfect  them regularly.

The staff is provided with protective equipment for individual use:

Masks, visors, disinfectant gels; Uniforms are disinfected daily. Compliance with the procedures for dealing with colleagues or guests in the event of illness

Use and free distribution of prevention materials:

For our guests are disposable masks. In an emergency, a Covid quick test is provided, but we ask our guests to bring it with them. Disinfectant dispensers are available in public areas.

Cleaning and disinfection of bedrooms and public areas:

The rooms are fully disinfected every guest upon departure. The rooms remain empty for 24 hours between departing and newly arriving guests. Open surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, worktops, toilet flush buttons, bedside tables and banisters are regularly disinfected.

Increased food safety:

All employees who prepare or serve food have a health card as a standard procedure (requires an annual health check). Our kitchen staff wear a disposable mask, visor and gloves when preparing food.

Safe airport transfer:

The transport company we work with for airport transfers and excursions strictly adheres to the new protocols - drivers have been trained and vehicles are disinfected after each trip.

With safety as our top priority, we take all precautions so that our guests feel safe during their stay or visit to our guest house, yoga trips and training courses.
